Our Business

Our goal, as a business, is not to become a huge contracting firm.  We desire to provide hands-on, detailed craftsmanship for our customers.  We like to see your project through, every step of the way, while maintaining the highest level of  quality control.

Who We Are

This company is a partnership of  two people who share the same goals.

Dana is a carpenter/remodeler with over 16 years of personal experience. Most of  his experience has been taking homes from the 1800's and renovating them piece by piece. Sometimes it has been to keep the original feel of an era and other times to create more useful, modern spaces.  The first few years of his career were spent learning framing, roofing and siding as an entry level carpenter.  What Dana learned as he began doing high end finish work is that he appreciated a well done framing job, and that all other aspects of remodeling depended on it.  His experience in learning and completing all aspects of remodeling has taught him that every cut, every nail, yes, EVERYTHING matters when your aim is to deliver the best product possible. 

Ann is the other half of our company  and takes on the role of coordinating our projects, as well as managing our business.  Ann has a career background of coordinating projects for a large consulting firm.  Ann also works in the field with Dana to ensure projects are completed on schedule, on budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.  The paint colors you have seen in the previous photos were upon her recommendation.  She also has a talent for space usage and organizing.
